- Managing furniture deliveries and be sure everything goes to the right place
- Networking at events on the start-up scene, focus on New Work

- Developing the brand book and credentials
- Working on the showroom experience (materiality, colours, fragrance)
- Negotiating with partner-brands budget and allocating it to events and Ads (Google AdWords, Social Media)
- Events conception and realisation
- Working with the online team on the new Website (brand presentation, pictures of projects, tone of voice, optimization)

Working at MetaDesign rhymes with dealing with big clients.

COUNTRY MANAGER GERMANY
FOR HARTÔ & RED EDITION
November 2014 - November 2017
As a Country Manager, I built the entire export strategy including the budget, which
allowed the two French based brands HARTÔ and RED EDITION to successfully enter the German market.
My additional goals were to increase the turnover (by 50% each year) and the awareness of both brands in the market.
Strategy:
- Building a development strategy for the German market
- Building and executing Sales and Marketing targets in relation to the global budget
Sales:
- New clients acquisition and increasing loyalty among German customers (BtoB)
- Building a strong network of resellers
- Collaborating with architects for projects in Germany
- Managing operations and staff at the stand during IMM Cologne Fair, including
negotiating new contracts

MARKETING MANAGER FOR HARTÔ
July 16 - November 17
PR & Marketing:
- Building a strong and valuable relationship with a leading press agency in Berlin
- Forming partnerships with specialized media (press, blogs, etc)
- Creating and diffusing newsletters concerning new products, projects and fairs
- Managing short film interviews and photo documentaries with designers
Community:
- Dynamic posting on social media
- Establishing partnerships with specialized influencers, especially on Instagram
Project management:
- Organizing a key event during the Berlin Design Week in June 2016
- Supporting a press agency for workshops and other events presenting Hartô
